Laundry day just got a whole lot easier. Here's exactly what to expect from start to finish.

Schedule Pickup

Choose your pickup day (Monday–Friday) and set your preferred time.
Our driver arrives within your selected window, collects your laundry bags, and labels everything for tracking.

Pickup Window:
8:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
We group pickups by route to keep service fast and efficient.

We Sort, Wash, Dry & Fold

We operate on a 48-business hour cleaning schedule to guarantee quality and consistency.

What “48 Business Hours” Means:

Turnaround applies to Monday–Friday only. Weekends and holidays are not included.

Example Delivery Schedule:

Monday Pickup → Wednesday Delivery
Tuesday Pickup → Thursday Delivery
Wednesday Pickup → Friday Delivery
Thursday Pickup → Monday Delivery
Friday Pickup → Tuesday Delivery

This structure keeps your laundry flowing smoothly and prevents delays — especially when handling multiple customers with one route driver.

Premium turnaround services (available upon request):

24-Hour Rush — $25
Same-Day / 8-Hour Express — $35
Saturday Morning Delivery — $25

Bag Capacity Policy:

Laundry must fit completely inside selected bag size and close properly (It will be a bag we bring to you with our logo on it). If a bag is overfilled or cannot close, any remaining laundry will be placed into an additional bag and charged based on size:

Small: $35
Medium: $45
Large: $60
XL: $90

Delivery to Your Door

Once your order is complete, our driver brings it back neatly folded, packaged, and ready to put away.

Delivery Window:

4:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Mon–Fri)

You’ll receive delivery notifications and photo confirmation upon drop-off.
