Bag Size Reminder:
To keep things running smoothly, please make sure your laundry fits inside OUR bag and closes properly. If there’s overflow, we’ll take care of it by using an additional bag and adding the appropriate fee based on size ($35–$90), we will take a picture and contact you prior to billing to see how you'd like to proceed.
Pet Items, Heavy Soil & Odor Policy
At Just Throw It In The Bag, we do not wash pet beds, pet mats, or pet-specific items.
Laundry that is extremely dirty, heavily soiled, strongly odorous (including urine,
mildew, smoke, or bodily fluids), or covered in excessive pet hair requires
additional handling, specialty products, and extra wash cycles.
Additional Fees
• Pet beds or pet mats included:
Returned unwashed + $25 pet item handling fee per bag
• Excessive pet hair (fur-covered items):
$15 per bag
• Heavily soiled items:
$15–$25 per bag, depending on severity
• Strong odors (urine, mildew, smoke, bodily fluids):
$20–$25 per bag
We will contact you regarding any items as such to see how you would like to proceed.
Items that are unsafe or unsanitary may be declined entirely.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these additional fees if applicable.
Bag Capacity Policy:
